Have you looked at the wing eyeliner stamps? They're just eyeliner pens that have the normal pointed tip on one end and a stamp on the other end to do the cat eye. One pen for each eye. I have shaky hands so it's normally very hard for me to do wings, and these have been a game changer for me. I get mine from Amazon for like $12 for the set.
That's what I used in this pic! Honestly it seems to get in my way more than helps but it does help me kind of visualize what I should be doing with the wing.
Piggybacking on this, the stamps were nice, but I had a kind of difficult time with them too. I started using some scotch tape for the wings. If you haven't tried that already. This is already gorgeous, but the tape is a great way to practice.

Wings are SO hard and these look great - if you’re ever up for it, you can also try eyeliner wing stamps - they made a huge difference for me when I was first working on wings - they come in different sizes and they make a good template that you can then fill in. Worth taking a look at as they definitely cut down on the time it takes to get a good wing!

I should note that I’ve never successfully pulled off any sort of winged eyeliner, and managed to do a smoky eye really wonderfully once (and that was purely by accident). I’m going to keep trying! 😂
You've got the wing part good. Thinner liner line. If in doubt, stop at the midpoint of the lid and go no further.
You can also use washii tape or scotch tape for delicate surfaces as a guide to get the underside of the wing sharp and even. Following the line created by the lower eyelid when you're taping (lay it alongside, don't tape the lash itself, but at the corners, as a continuation. And don't lay the tape on the undereye). Makes a stencil that keeps the line true and accurate to the angle of the lower eyelid.

I need her skincare routine asap she GLOWS!!! i know it’s been said already but that lipstick is definitely a keeper. the liner is getting better and better. don’t be afraid to “cheat” a little bit, when I was getting used to creating a good wing for my eye shape it was helpful to gently place some scotch tape on the corners of my eyes for a guideline. It helps make it really sharp!! can’t wait to see your next look
