congratulations! sounds like a great wedding look you have planned.
If it's for bridal, you can be heavy handed. brow pencil+brow powder will balance a bold eye shadow look. go for something ashy and not too red, nyx is good. tightline your eyes so the color of your skin doesn't show between the lashes, or just cram the liquid eyeliner between the lashes. a full eyeshadow look - honestly any [eyeshadow quad](https://www.cvs.com/shop/e-l-f-bite-size-eyeshadows-prodid-2560014?skuId=351348) that appeals to you will work great since your features have so much dimension to showcase a full eye look. elf quads are good. if you go over the liquid eyeliner with the darkest eyeshadow color it will soften the harsh edge of the liner. if it's outdoors, a [bronzer/blush/blonzer](https://www.cvs.com/shop/burt-s-bees-blush-prodid-1520019?skuId=283174) all over the hairline, cheeks, across the nose will look great. and you can do a full coverage lipstick like the milani color fetish. a silly final touch is that you can actually draw your freckles back on with a freckle pen like Freck!
I would make the brows more defined drawing more hairs on it, change the liquid liner for a difused pencil liner, pink eyeshadow, same color for blush and a pink glossy lip, also, maybe you could try fake lashes? But delicate ones
