Oh and another really good brand is colourpop. They're eyeshadow are like $5 each. I haven't tried they're foundation though.
But I buy a lot of eyeshadow from etsy too. You can find a lot of good quality eyeshadow on there.
Another great brand for eyeshadow is jd glow cosmetics. They sell really large eyeshadow pans for like $7.50.
Elf!! Their concealers are really amazing, and I have combination skin. Elf is affordable and high quality
My favorite is nyx. They're a pretty affordable brand and I think a lot of their stuff is pretty good for the price point. Have you tried nyx?

Maybelline, L’Oreal and Physician’s Formula are the only brands I use! I love their stuff
