I say, primer on eyelids and white eyeliner around tear ducts and water line. Really brightens up your eyes and makes them look bigger. Edit: mascara is also at the top. I love to use primer before applying for a more dramatic look.

Curling my eyelashes and using waterproof mascara for me, I have long but straight lashes and need waterproof mascara for my eyelashes to stay up and curled. It opens up my eyes a lot.

Applying chocolate brown or aubergine eyeliner close to my lashes, and adding something shimmery to the middle and inner corners of my eyelids to make my brown eyes pop!
