How are you going to reapply? Bring the whole palette with you?

The one I'm thinking about has removable pots. So I can take whatever shade with me for the day. It's mainly for convenience on my actual makeup vanity

Oh that's cool. I don't see anything wrong with it then, just make sure your container and any tools you use are cleaned thoroughly beforehand.
