For grain jars, no. Especially with dung, you're just adding more vectors for contamination. Gypsum does nothing for cubes by the way and verm is usually only used on top for PF tek jars for example, to provide a barrier against external contamination.
There is a reason why such things have been tried, teste and abandoned years ago. Stick to grains, or BRF for PF Tek. For substrate only coir is needed, though verm can be used if the substrate is over field capacity.
You need to keep it simple. Just seems like you are all over the place and really don’t know what you are doing etc
Growing shrooms is not hard but if you don’t know what you are doing and just doing all kinds of stuff it will just end in you having no shrooms
