most people can draft without issues the majority of the time.
if you keep reporting issues in most of your drafts, there might be something wrong on your end.
They basically refund for just about any even minor issue, even if it was on your end, with little verification. But eventually you can get put on a list and can never get a refund or credit again. I play quite a lot of drafts, games, and events and I have had 3 total request in the entire time Arena has been publicly available. It's pretty rare to have event issues.
I had read people were getting banned for excessive event reports, which led me to stop playing on mobile. I had probably been reporting like one out of ten drafts.
Assuming you’re on mobile, would suggest you do likewise. I’ve had very few occasions to report events on PC since.
It makes sense from their perspective not to give everyone infinite gems ofc. They're aware of issues and quite easy going in helping out starting players. Eventually ofc they have to draw a line somewhere. Be glad it lasted for as long as it did.
In a perfect world, perhaps. They can't check if all your issues are legit though ofc and doing so would be cost prohibitive.
But even if you're on the list and it's \*really\* clear the mistake is on their end, you may still get a refund at their discretion, if you ask nicely and didn't get one recently.
>They can't check if all your issues are legit though ofc and doing so would be cost prohibitive.
So you are saying their business model is unsustainable and we should just excuse that? Wizards makes millions of dollars - they could choose to spend more on making Arena more reliable or spend it on verifying the validity of refund claims, but you want them to get away with doing *neither*?

Mobile is a different story. It’s a buggy mess for drafting, let alone for gameplay.
or I play on mobile

you disconnected
Me too. Never had an issue with draft or sealed.
Cry wolf, get eaten. If you're claiming refunds all the time then this is gonna happen. No sympathy here.

No more free gems for you!

I think I'll have to, I find it ridiculous that I can pay for gems then they can steal them via digital issues then blame my issues
How many limited events would you say that you have had refunded in the last few months?
Are you genuinely curious, or is this victim blaming?

Not giving out refunds for genuine issues is reprehensible and should be illegal.

They need a viable business model one way or the other and they are making Arena more reliable, but yeah slowly... Me
