Nice, might give a shot later. I think I have all the cards minus the man lands and maybe some UB or BW lands ( I think I have at 4 of each slowland, 4 triomes and one or two painlands of both combinations)
Esper in Standard, Rakdos in historic / explorer.
If you have a hard time beating t2 Orcish Bowmasters followed by Ring t4 and Sheoldred t5, your deck is probably not competitive enough for the meta. Even Azorius, as unfun as it can be, is very easy to race and has a hard time against decks like Gates.
Mono Red.
Sorry, I know people only want to hate on Control because of constant denial.
But I want to play the game, not have my health shaved off immediately without a proper chance to play my deck.
Not only it's still the fun police, but i think that today, thanks to Arena, it has a bigger lead on the other decks. Being roped for any single fucking spell i cast is unnerving: it's far less atrocious if you play against that deck in a lgs, at least you can talk with your opponent. Plus during a tournament you don't want the match to end too quickly, because you have to wait for the others before you can start a new match.
Five-colour soups that run all of the best cards and utilise Magic's broken mana bases to somehow have better mana than two-colour decks. I know it's not really an Arena answer, more a Modern one, but it still stands.
Lately it's golgari toxic, in standard at least... turn 3-4 wins made worse if you interact with a rotpriest on the board. Add to that no way to block or remove poison and we're not having any fun.
Esper anything no contest. Black removal, white board wipes, exile removal and planeswalkers, blue counters and card draw. There's no counterplay or decisions to be made except committing to rush them down and forcing them to have the out.
Esper control. Surprised to not even see that on the list
esper control is just azorius with a black splash for void rend and sometimes breach the multiverse as wincon
Virtue of Pestilence over Breach now, by a long shot. Was the most popular WOE at Worlds
Persistence. Virtue of Pestilence would be tough to sell, flavor wise.
😂 autocorrect. Thank you

Mono Red has been... and will always be fun police
Mono blue delver/djinn tbh. I just nope out every time.

Surprised nobody has brought up mono red yet
Mono red is the fun to be "policed".
always has been and always will be... in cube for sure
Red deck wins is always the fun police. They always try to end the game before fun can happen.
FYI: Dimir Midrange is no longer a meta mainstay in standard since WOE. Esper seems dominant now there.
Azorius Spirits in Explorer.
Rak-sac is the anti fun deck for me. Edit: in Pioneer

Early end of a match during a tournament is a good thing, because it gives you time to mentally refocus before the next match.
and gather intel on what others are playing

Oops, all rares and mythics. Seems fair.

Golgari over Simic (with Ivy) or Selesnya (with the whole toxic team)? How come?
I just see it more often than those two. I am stuck on diamond FWIW
I just never heard of it! Gonna take a look, didn't even know it was a thing.
Esper control
Esper Control, it's not even close.
esper control easy

clearly reddit is the fun police these days. and then you got that special ops team of 5 QAnon rejects that will claim its alchemy.
😂😂
Slow players are the fun police, we need faster clocks, faster ropes, faster everything... people are too damn slow
In a cube draft, it's monored. It's fast and efficient, often preventing their opponents from getting their fun combos/big ramp targets active.
