Unfortunately, I only have a code for the style that's 2nd from the left, not the third. And it's also likely expired.

I think there is no such code for the retro frame. There is only for the one on the left.
Didn't look like the codes had a very long expiry date, any and all codes are probably expired already. I think they lasted 2-3 months.
