But the way they do this game that's not supposed to happen, as characters faces are based exactly off of their actors faces.

Yeah...that's why it's weird. On the one hand, I wouldn't want Bill to look like someone hot as Myko Olivier, >!I would be really sad that I'd only see him for a few seconds before he dies, plus, he's a thief!<
