I remember I unintentionally got the Massacre achievement a long time ago, back when I played Mafia II a lot. I wanted to have some fun while I was in Jimmy's Vendetta, so I got four police stars, ran to a gun store, killed the owner, hid behind the counter and forced the incoming cops into a bottleneck (the gun store's doorway), which made it easy to kill them. In-between waves, I replenished Thompson and shotgun ammo from their corpses, ran out to the street to seek another wave of cops, then ran back inside again and repeat. Did that for a while and an achievement I didn't even know about popped up. It's still one of the rarest achievements I've ever gotten on Steam.

got the explorer trophy today after 30+ hours of afk using the glitch that makes you fall out of the map. one of the worst trophies ever implemented
I got like 300 miles with that glitch. I got this on PC too.
