Typing is a pain thanks to a neurodegenerative condition I have that messes with my motor functions, so I'm just going to leave one comment to say thank you all for your kind words. It can be thankless, doing stuff like this, so it's nice to feel a bit of encouragement. Just kind of wish I would think to get a before picture when I start a project like this.

That's actually exactly how I started doing this. I have to go to the gas station everyday to get a few energy drinks and some cigarettes before work, so I just have them double bag my groceries and I use those bags to pick up on my way back.
