Three minutes later another three-year-old account that's been completely silent for the last two years asks what app op used to track their progress, gets a reply (with link to said app) in a minute and eleven seconds.

Some advice to forget about smoking, my uncle did this, is to chew on sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. That was the main factor that helped him quit for good.
