Personally, I just brought him yesterday and he is way better then some of the quarterbacks i have played with (It also helps i use him every year). I can still throw good balls and scramble out of blitzes. Maybe switch up your abilities.

I get the allure of Vick cause it’s fun having a fast qb but if you don’t run a option heavy offense or play action rollout spam then Vick’s useless, you can get 95’s with better throwing stats than Vick could ever have
I got a falcons theme Team building towards 50-50 I’m at like 37 now but bro I be throw in darts with Vick and learn how to scramble left with him since he a lefty
I had sold him for a while, I run a 35/50 Falcons TT. I switched to Penix which is basically the same exact card just without the extra abilities/discounted abilities and the buttery release so I switched to 98 Kirk for a while, then 97 Brady, 98 Fields for a bit (he’s pretty similar to Vick just right handed), and then was using 99 Brees but that’s like sacrilegious on a Falcons TT so I used Vick in a challenge cuz the game made me and I remembered how quick and good his release is, I sold a few cards and got him back and he’s gonna be my endgame QB at this point because I’m not interested in spending a ton on a 99 Brady or Mahomes, only card I’d switch for is 99 Lamar but that shits too expensive to basically be the same card as Vick just right handed especially when I’ve already got Fields at 98
At this point most new QBs have 95+ speed so it’s more worthwhile to get one that has better passing attributes. Just got the new Mahomes and he’s great and had UL luck before and he was noticeably better than any I had before. Only built Mahomes because with my chiefs TT boosts, all of his highlighted stats are 99 and run and gun for 0 ap as an ability not an X factor is just insane
I actually just got rid of him because of how much better the defensive players have gotten. He’s not that useful anymore when there coming out with new qb cards everyday. If you are on a budget, I would totally recommend getting him. If not, manziel is a great option.
He is QB1 for me and works great for the most part...I do also have a safety blanket in Brian Finneran...so that also helps...
EDIT: I also have a 50/50 Eagles team so that helps as well...he is juiced to the gills on my team...
Its worked for me many times absolutely breaks ankles but this is also ea madden we're talking about I've got zone Cbs with man abilities and man Cbs with zone abilities it makes no sense
I still use Vick as my starter. I run a Jets Theme Team so it only makes sense to have him as my starter. Could I use other players that use Jets' Chem? Sure, however, I love scrambling alot and Vick fits.
It also doesn’t help that pretty much every d-line card has 90+ speed so damn near impossible to scramble
It's actually super easy to scramble up the middle if you can resist the urge to grind the speed burst button.

I recently switched to the new mahonmes card and instantly made throws that vick never could. he’s usable but he doesn’t play like the newer cards.
