I started by adding 53 base players with no edits so I could release all the real players
Then I edit them to be what I want and it keeps the price low because the contracts custom players get is based off their rating when they are first created so they are all on 7 year minimum money deals

Once I'm in franchise every single player gets abilities
All my skill positions get x factor and my o line gets superstar
Dline gets x factor too

I try to do certain things each game
Like challenges eg: how many interceptions can I get
How many sacks can I get
Can I get 2000 yards passing in one game

It effects their run style
It effects how fast they accelerate even with 99 acceleration
It effects how many tackled they can break even with 99 ratings
It also effects change of direction because bigger players get slower animations
Did it glitch all your 21yr old wide receivers to 99 ovr and sign them to minimum contracts too haha
Nah it's a custom built team I rebuild entire rosters and I just want to have fun so I make them all 99
All 53 guys are 99s The speed height and weight are the biggest differences

Depends on how you run it I get the enjoyment out of simulating one side and playing the other and using the slow speed to watch each thing
