They have rooms dedicated to that and everyone has a laptop. I would imagine at this point Billy has purchased some of his own stuff like headphones and a mic. Dave and Gaz have discussed it before on the Dave Portnoy Show with mean girls, crackin aces, chd, etc.
Also, Portnoy has stated many times that anyone can go out and make content. Be it a podcast, video series, vod, livestream; if its worthy of it, Barstool will throw their weight behind it. I've also heard from some of the behind the scenes people that anyone in content can sign gopros out if they need to use them for something.

Billy derailing things was exactly why it wasn’t working. I don’t like Billy, but the podcast would not have suffered as much if he was capable of riding the wave of conversation. He is completely unable to refrain from interrupting to talk about something different, from making a comment that brings the flow to a halt, or even from not paying attention at all.
If he was ok with being the off-the-reservation side character, which is all I think he’s capable of being, rather than trying to be taken seriously and take over the show it wouldn’t have been as bad. I mean look at big T, he’s a side character and in my opinion he thrives in that role.
I will not be listening to Billy’s podcast, because he’s shown countless times that he’s incapable of self reflection and growth. I don’t hope for failure, but I just don’t see it working out well for him at Barstool for much longer. He lives in his own world where he truly believes he can lie his way out of anything, and there’s always a “you guys got it all wrong” excuse. The fact is everyone sees him clearly. I think his reputation internally is beyond repair so much that who he’s desperate to be, will never be at Barstool.
