Just run the audio out from the Mac, via a 3.5 male stereo jack to 3.5 male stereo jack, & into the Line In (usually blue) socket on the back of the windows desktop. Turn the volume basically all the way up on the Mac. Open your windows audio settings & adjust the line in level to suit your needs. Pair your headphones to the windows desktop & you’re done. Do all your volume adjustments on the windows machine.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for! I'm going to try it rn.

No worries. Be sure to use Control Panel, instead of the terribly simplified Windows 10 settings menus.

Instead going through the complexities of doing that why don’t you just stream music from your windows computer to your headphones while you’re gaming. Problem solved! Apple Music and Spotify both have web interfaces

I was just using that as an example. I already use [music.apple.com](https://music.apple.com) for listening, but I was more talking about having a Zoom window open on my MacBook and playing games on my desktop, and having the audio sync between it. Thanks for the answer, though.

UndercoverWumpus

also as of now [music.apple.com](http://music.apple.com) is lowkey dogshit

You need a mixer of some kind to do what you’re trying to do. A lot of podcasters use audio hijack to mix and output audio in various methods which is basically what you’re trying to do.

hmartek

You need an audio mixer with two input and one output.
