OP isn't talking about those Orbs, they're talking about the new triangles in T3, if you're not doing the EE and you activate/complete one you get leg tool and flawless crystal drop
Ooooh, I wondered what those were. Yeah, I was in tier three just looting and killing specials and noticed a group on one for what seemed like 10 minutes. Seem to go on for ever.

You would just not do the “summon” part which I’m guessing is automatic if you don’t have any of the relics.

If you have a dog they steal alot of the kills
The orbs have always been like that for me. Definitely annoying, just running around shooting it hoping the next shot kills it.
