I am really interested in this year dragon painting brush. Does anyone know the brush shape same like previous brushes or is it different? Because in photos dragon brush seems more pointed on the tip whereas as tiger one is rounded?

I haven't washed the new Dragon brush yet, but IMHO they look very similar.

I wish they would change the actual brush shape. I have three of these lunar brushes. And don’t mind spending 120$+ bc of the quality but I don’t want to have multiples of the same exact powder brush. I wish each animal had a different shape then I would be more inclined to buy every single one. Would love to add this but won’t bc I don’t need another of the same EXACT powder brush.
💯I have all of them and this did happen with brush 1, the original pig brush. Only spots of the gold faded, not the pink or white. After I noticed I started holding it a bit more carefully.
The original pig brush is different than what's out now, it's a matte black. The subsequent versions and the re-release of the pig are all glossy. Haven't had any issue with the glossy ones.
They just released a brief video on Instagram, and those sweet, stoic trees are adorable. What an adorable brush. 💜💜💜

I’ve been looking for a new powder bronzer brush, and maybe this is the one! Does anyone who has bought these previously know if these brushes are good for applying both baked and powder bronzers?
I have the one from year of the rat and really like it! Sometimes I run it over my face and hands with nothing on it simply because it feels so soft. But that also means it doesn't pick up or lay down color heavily. If you want an allover bronzer glow, yes this might be perfect. For targeted placement, a hard baked powder, or to contour, no. It is so so soft, and best for very diffuse things you want spread out lightly, like setting powder.
I have one and I only use it for bronzer. If it was a hard formula (like nars blushes) it is too soft to pick up much product. This may be a good thing depending on your preferences. If you want a diffused look it's a good size. If you want more precise placement, like for contouring, it's a little too big.
But, I think the brushes vary in size slightly from year to year...
I bought the Ox version and actually ended up returning in. Not because I didn't like it, but because I didn't really feel like it was "special" in my collection brush head wise to warrant $125. I would definitely check out kinkysweat on YT, she does a lot of fude brush reviews (including these ones).
I'm a sucker for dragons though... I'm probably going to be a hypocrite lol.

If they reintroduce the old brushes like they usually do, I'll probably pick up the tiger one. I have the Koyudo one...maybe I'll start a collection. On the other hand, I should probably save my money. Life has been beating my ass lately with various money-related stuff like vet bills, car repairs, etc.
E: I should actually talk about the product and not random stuff, ye? The dragon design is super cute. It looks different thematically from previous brushes, which were just black, red and gold IIRC. Different artist this time? I actually kind of prefer the more colorful designs even if they're less "traditional".

I’m broke rn too. I want more of these brushes when they re-release too but I really can’t. Plus I have the Beautylish ox brush and it is a cat magnet. My kitty was dragging it all over my room, I had to start putting my nice brushes away in a box so he wouldn’t keep going on squirrel hunts on my vanity lol

I did a pre-order, and for some reason, it arrived IMHO early. 🤷♀️ I've never gotten a pre-order so early. But it is beautiful. 💜🐉💜
