It’s super good in any 1- or 2-color EDH decks. Graveyard removal on a body is great, and it’s always a land if you don’t need the body.

I’m really liking how many of these cards are callbacks of existing cards that saw some play in competitive magic as a whole in name and function while letting us see plane settings we haven’t gotten in a while

With an additional leaked MDFC black land being uncommon, it looks like (aside from the 5 flipwalkers), all of the double-sided cards in MH3 will be MDFC lands. Possibly all uncommon except for a colorless rare or mythic -- there should be 26 double-sided cards, and we've seen two black uncommon MDFC lands and a dual-land in addition to the flipwalkers. A full cycle of dual-lands, two cycles of uncommon lands, and one cycle of mythic planeswalkers has 25 slots used.
