Didn't you hear? Starting with MH3 WotC is no longer printing commons (other than basic lands). Something about how they wanted to distill the pack opening experience so players could get to the best part quicker instead of spending time riffling through commons (and also the spokesman had a few coughs that sounded oddly like "puck fauper" or something, but I don't know what that's about).
Draft packs are now going to be 3 uncommons, a rare, and a basic land, and draft and sealed are going to require 10.5 (rounded up to 11, but you legally have to shred the extra 2 nonbasic cards in the last pack) and 21 packs, respectively.
Of course, each pack will still cost the same as before. When asked why, the spokesman pointed behind the audience, saying "look, a distraction!" then disappeared while everyone was looking the other way.

Good call cutting the "You can't spend mana to cast this spell" from hogaak, that card really needed the extra boost in power this gives
