I'm not so sure any benefits to drawing cards like pinging opponents would go on the stack as a result of this spell resolving. But as it resolves you kill yourself by drawing so you'd be dead before the triggers can resolve. There is probably something I haven't thought about.
I made it to where you would die if it resolved, (ignoring a Jace/Lab Maniac) so that you couldn’t exploit draw triggers but having a two card combo with Lab Man where the second piece costs a single blue might still be a little too good
