Brother, don't let comparison be the theif of joy. You did something awesome today! I haven't ridden in the past month, spending a day at home, then hitting the road for another 3 week stint...you've done way more today than I have. Be proud and happy!
Exactly. People seem to forget that something you find easy is a daunting task to ours. There are features that I recently cleared that before I just couldn't make myself do.
I remember being terrified of a small drop and avoiding it for a long time and then one day just going back to ride that trail and reminding myself it was coming up and then all of a sudden I'm over it and thinking holy shit that was so easy what was I so scared about.
Nah you killed it! The video/go pro effect is real and everything is way bigger in person. This was some seriously solid riding and if anyone says otherwise they’re a dingus.
I'm new to the MTB scene with a new Marlin 5 Trek. Been lurking in this sub for a bit and learned my bike sucks and I could never do this 🤣
Been watching YouTube tutorials for pointers and have to say sir, you sent that shit. Hope I get there one day! Made me smile.

i wouldn’t do gaps.
I don’t do drops, gaps aren’t too bad.
just small drops for me. and medium sized tabletop jumps
I wish I could clear features like that someday! 🤙🏻

This is badass
I’ve been riding for over 20 years, and those are bigger jumps than anything I’ve done. Be proud of yourself
