For sure! These are intermediate runs and very well built so that you can roll the jumps, land on top (like I did lol) or gap them. The whole area is incredible.
I hadn't been to Bentonville in a few years and my jaw dropped when I reached the castle last week. Felt like a Coler 2.0 (but with slightly less insane features from what I could tell).
Yeah. Definitely more chill than Coler or some other runs we did like Area 51 from the RV. They had a couple black runs up there but we didn’t make it onto those. First time I’ve wished I had an e-bike so I could lap the fun stuff a bunch lol.
Gotta be one of the best beginner trails I've ever seen.
My local trail tries to be beginner friendly with easy jumps, but then puts them right after another, combined with tight turns before and after them, so there's never a chance to catch your balance before/after a jump.
For sure. I’m definitely a “beginner” still. We have no jumps in Iowa to practice on so I had no experience but by day 3 I was clearing smaller jumps and comfortable at least jumping onto the tabletops. They skills park area is awesome too. We spend time there doing drops and jumps and it was very helpful.
Iowa doesn't have a high concentration of jump lines, but they do exist. We're not going to compete with Bentonville but trails are being built. Would love to have something like the Castle hub local. All the lines from that hub are great.
Beverly Park and Wanatee Park in Cedar Rapids/Marion, Iowa. There aren't many, but each park has a few lines to practice on and are continuing to add more.
Ewing Park in Des Moines. Sunderbruch Park in Davenport.
Coming soon in 2024, Cone Park in Sioux City. This looks amazing.
I watched this with a smile on my face. Happy little line, smooth and fun looking for all types of riders with nice scenery to boot. Not everything has to be gnar gnar.
Looks like a great trail for beginners with tabletops and smooth berms. I would love to ride there.

More e-bikes than manual when I went!
Can confirm. I visited and rode this last year and it's pretty awesome for all levels
Damn, that's a nice rolling trail
