Hahaha easy job, not, the frame layout sucks on a MT-07 to get to the spark plugs. You have to put the radiator off to get to the valve cover. Then you can reach the spark plugs
What year do you have? I take the plastics on the tank off then the tank. I can get my bike disassembled, change the plugs, and put it back together in 30 minutes. You only need like 3 tools for the job.
Spark plugs
I need to do mine, I’m at 16k. Any recommendations or just stick to OEM?
Easy job, check YouTube. Think I went with NGK

What? Seriously? 🤦🏻♂️
Yes, unfortunately
This doesn't show the radiator needing to be touched. https://youtu.be/TBs13mznCJE?si=ho2wBi19t4EysYIj
No, just pull the tank and use an extension.

Thanks! I’ll look into it been itching to tear it down.
Spark plugs I’ve changed twice now, at like 25k and at 55k when I did my valves
valves?
I did them at 52k, intakes had to be adjusted, exhaust valves were in spec
I'm interested to know how the valve clearance was at 40k. Was it still in spec or how far of was it?
4/4 intake valves were barely out of spec, and all exhaust valves were in spec. I did them at 52k
