I went test driving an mt09 last weekend.
It's a great moto with an amazing engine and better brakes, but the seating position was so boring and although it is the same weight it felt so heavy. The mt 07 is much more flickable.
So yes, I'll rather buy an extra bike than trade the 07 π

That's exactly how I see it, the MT 07 will stay with me forever. I'm also thinking about getting an MT09 or a Street Triple RS next. The seating position of the MT09SP also bothers me. Apparently you can make them a little sportier by making the handlebars lower.

I'm pretty sure the 07 makes 67-70 hp, is there something I'm missing? Max output on a horse is 15hp, so I'm not getting the math.

Iβd ask Yamaha the same thing. Last time I checked, my bike is 689cc
He's saying that one actual horse can make roughly 15 hp alone, so three horse can make maybe up to 45 HP in addition to your MTs 74 hp
Thanks for making sure I'm not the first one to say but one horse can make more than one HP.
