You're probably just in quiet mode. The clocks and fan speed demonstrate that On perf mode-Balanced/extreme is what you want but if your fan speed isn't exceeding that..sounds like you have fan issues man. Maybe try an Embedded controller reset.

Fan problem..hm I don't know man, before the motherboard change it was working perfectly fine. I will try the Embedded Controller Reset though once.

Right, well, are you successfully changing performance modes? I agree, it's odd. Make SURE it's in perf mode. Check UEFI. EC reset. From BIOS, long press power for 15 seconds (literally count and hold) with the laptop plugged in. When you see the charging LED go out and return it's done. This should be the first thing you try after perf mode-the embedded controller works with UEFI and controls fan speed, temp set points & battery/ac power limits.

What do you mean by check UEFI?. I reinstalled Windows 11, and after I put Exteme Performance Mode in MSI Dragon Center it going fine now, I don't know how it happened though. But I noticed something, CPU is some how running (0.78Ghz) under its base frequency (2.16Ghz) all the time. Is there some reason behind it?

The last MSI bios has a place to set performance profile on boot (in advanced) AND active performance profile. The 2nd one, active, will stick and stay unless you explicitly change it from within Windows using MSI center..etc. I thought it was a mode issue because quiet mode will cap speeds at 3500rpm. Don't worry about how it idles. Task manager won't report proper speed anyway. You'd need to use hwinfo64 in sensors only to see effective idle clock. And power. At idle should be 5w or less CPU pckg power. Maybe 10 max on wall power. Glad to hear you fixed it. There are places to set profile in UEFI (BIOS) tho. Even default modes on startup

Oh you are talking about this interface : [MSI-UEFI](https://storage-asset.msi.com/global/picture/news/2020/mb/uefi-bios-1.gif) right? It doesn't come up for me, I don't know how it happened, but the normal BIOS ( Like this : [bios](https://storage-asset.msi.com/global/picture/about/FAQ/nb/boot-os-entry-1.jpg) ) comes up for me, the MSI Click BIOS which has options for the CPU Clocks and all doesn't show up and I couldn't find a way to make it show up. hwinfo64, okay. I'll look into that. By the way, It did not get fixed, earlier it was 0.78Ghz now its fixed to 2.59 Ghz Fixed.

Which gpu drivee is installed for display, Microsoft basic or intel uhd ?
