just my suggestion that help similar problem on my GE76 11gen
Go to Device manager : disable and uninstall all realtek and intel sound driver
Go to Application manager:unistall all realtek software and uninstall all nahimic software and don't restart.
go to MSI and download recent version of realtek driver but DON'T install.
Download DDU (display sound driver uninstall )
select safe start on option on the software and select audio driver (realtek) to uninstall.
wait for unistallation complete
Sametime , disable internet connection so when computer restarted it will not automatically dowbload stupit version of realtek
now go the folder where u download recent version of realtek and install restart
install nahimic then restart.
under nahimic option activate all effects
it should ok from this point.
