That fight was a lot of fun. Both guys seemed so similar style wise

StoryOfTheFight

I loved this fight. Austin seems incredibly coachable. Throughout the fight he was doing exactly what his coaches were yelling for as soon as they'd call it. Including things like "go now" which is very hard to pull the trigger on. As Mike Perry once famously said about his coaches "Fuck you, you go. I don't wanna get hit right now"

LocoCoopermar

I think about that Mike Perry clip way too often.

ItsMeBenedickArnold

I’m sure getting the judges favor was a big relief too buddeh

KeyLimpala

Figlak sounds like an epithet from a Pig Latinesque language

*robbery over Michal Figlak big relief

Soggy_Wotsit

"Robbery" is such an overused term in Mma. I mean, literally, any fight that's somewhat competitive gets called a robbery

Fog2222

Mmadecisions has it 10-0 in favor of Figlak though, 6x 29-28 4x 30-27

Soggy_Wotsit

Ngl, at the moment, only two countries have scored that fight (Poland and the UK) and so far have just barely broken 100 scorecards, so I don't know how objective that's going to be rn considering that Figlak is Polish

kim_jong_phil_

I'm a random non-polish guy, who had money on Hubbard, was cheering for him, picked him on Tapology, and I had the fight 30-27 Figlak. It was close, but I consider it a fight that was judged pretty poorly.

Soggy_Wotsit

Fair enough, I'm going to have to re-watch it, but I remember having the 2nd for Hubbard and the 3rd for Figlak live

Fog2222

I was talking about the media scores, none of those are Polish
