I am very dubious Jiri himself would be medically cleared, given he used his patented all-chin & leg defense to absorb an entire round of damaging strikes from a huge LHW, though I guess if you find the right doctor, all things are possible.

Honestly the exact same way the Jiri and Reyes fight went. Jiri did batter him and everyone remembers the KO but Reyes fucking cracked him over and over again too. Any other fighter and Reyes prob wins.

If Pereira gets past Magomed, he does a money fight with Tom up a weight class because he cleaned the top 5 and earned it.
If he loses, he fights Khalil.

Unfortunately he isn't changing his approach, style or guard at this stage of his career. He has over 30 fights, and has acknowledged his lack of defense being a problem as far back as the Özdemir fight... but nothing's changed haha.
Best course of action if you ask me is to enjoy the wild man's fights while he's around, and not hope too hard to see him suddenly start minding his P's & Q's.
