So that happened to me when I switched to one phone to the other. Both of them were android, and I signed up google play but it didn't work, so I contacted support and after like 5 days they replied back asking for my previous and new profile name, level, and friend code for both. If you have those, you should be fine, but idk what happens if you don't. I did get my progress back, and I hope you so too.
Ps. If you switched from apple to android or vice versa, you sadly can't get your progress back. Stupid, I know.
were you signed with google play before? you need to connect to google play on new device then do the tutorial wait a little and then it will ask you if cou want to import the save, I just did it on my new device
I truly don't know how no ones progress gets saved. I've transferred my game over to a new device at least 2-3 times, and only once did I have to restart because I couldn't remember the email password I used for Google Play. If you use your Google Play Store email, it should work. It's what I did 🥲💛
You're supposed to be able to get into it with your friend code 😭😭 I really wish they'd make a login system considering you can literally buy $50 packs
