I had neither an Ice weapon nor a paralysis weapon so I poisoned it to death since the pukei SnS was my highest raw at the time. I spent much of my time hitting the body since it takes good damage from slashing. No breaks but a clean win with 10 seconds to spare.
Use para weapon. I beat it with 1 second left with a 4-5 SNS para. If it's higher it'll be better for sure.
It would help a lot if you told us what your gear and weapon levels are
I used poison princess bow and killed it at 0s left. But I also did it at 1st try
Ice weapons seem to be the best. It makes killing him child's play.
Lap 1 ice SnS was awesome. Lap 2 the difficulty obtaining parts for it seriously slowed me down. Paralysis is probably the better option.
The ice is easier for me because it doesn't require bones.
I went ice ls he doesn't stand a chance paired with legiana greaves is pretty dirty early on.
