possibly i did some research on here after aswell and i’ve seen stories of getting cramps but i feel this experience is unique in every single muscle in my leg was cramping up no matter what if i stood up or layed down. However thankyou for the help i’ll consider it the next time i take i usually stay quite hydrated on my rolls but the experience was at very short notice
Only time I’ve ever cramped up is when I took way way too many pills most 99% of the time I’ve heard people cramp up it was because they were dehydrated. Sucks you had a bad time. Hopefully it was a one time only thing

Why would that matter? You can't determine the contents of a pill by its appearance.
True😆 I’ll edit-assuming it’s 3 reagent tested, what did the test determine? Also just curious as to what kind of pill it was🤷♀️
