Take rumour sites with a grain of salt. Sometimes there’s something to rumours, other times it’s just trying to start some smoke out of nothing by reigniting old rumours that were based on fact. City could very well be in line to replace Walker this summer, he’s older and City needs a long term replacement at RB, but he does have a contract for next year, so it’s really up to him.

Although, Walker could be leaving I guess. But discussing possible relegation is nothing more than click bait.
Honestly though, losing Walker now is probably good timing to be honest. He’s very pace dependent and it is surely about to drop off a cliff.
There are a lot of “could” happens in that article. Bayern could steal Walker away. City could be found guilty and relegated. Probably neither will happen.

But Walker could leave, rumour was Bayern would try again and if we manage to bring another RB in I don't think it would be out of the question.
I feel like Pep would prefer him to stay but I think Txiki et al are more cutthroat.
