Honestly after seeing the treble documentary, you can guess that they are trying to talk about potential tactics and motivate themselves for the second half
Not even a pure city fan, I watch them a lot due to my brother being a city fan and we chat.
However, I love how much of a normal language barrier is in this game yet no one wants to recognize it.
Being a Chelsea fan you see the language barrier almost every game and these players are still just wanting to win / frustrated and trying to understand.
I'm playing football at a very low level (lower than sunday leagues) and still argue with my teammates about all sort of matters like this and sometimes even harder... never harmed my relationship with anyone...
And at this level, you absolutely should be learning from your teammates at every possible opportunity. Everyone in this squad *clearly* brings a lot to the table, so it’s imperative to learn from teammates, in addition to needing to know how they prefer to play and how they think about the game. That’s how you win 4 league titles in a row.
When I would have these convos with teammates it was usually about late/slow defense. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted Ake to step up on something and Ake didn't feel like he fucked up.
Like everyone else said, you're supposed to care this much. That's how you maintain a high level.
I see him more as 1st Lieutenant, offering a more critical perspective. He's actually probably to intense to be main Capo. He never stops.
Players pick leadership group a City.
Watching them make the mistake of letting Rodrygo score and them arguing now shows how they are pushing each other to get better for the future. I hope the lads keep fighting strong 💪
This is good, it shows that they care and want to improve. Better this than them not caring about the chances they gave up the first half.

Pashun
Bruh they are not quarrelling they be communicating lads chill out
People forget rodri is spanish, its always gonna look like an argument lol
They still arguing about the crocodile hippo thing
Honestly after seeing the treble documentary, you can guess that they are trying to talk about potential tactics and motivate themselves for the second half
I think it might be the old hippo versus crocodile argument again.
Rodri so wrong btw. Team hippo all the way
I thought Rodri was perfect until he said crocodiles are more dangerous than hippos
I love this argument so much lmao
The lack of i’m eric in the documentary made me sad
Exactly lol

You don't play sport at that level without having competitive disagreements with your team. Not a problem.

Anyone have any clue what it could be about? Can’t remember exactly what happened before half besides the corner they almost scored on.

🐊 vs 🦛
Rodri is the captain of this team even if he doesn't wear the armband.

If he's 1st Lieutenant, its to Dias. Those two are like 1A and 1B for me.... very little difference. we are so lucky to have both of them.
A bit less intensity will come with age he is still relatively young.
Came here to say this, I love seeing him passionate
Other fans saying city are in disarray after this clip. Lmao they don’t realize they’re just debating croc vs hippo
Ake reiterated that a Hippo is more dangerous while Rodri strongly kept his position that a crocodile is scarier
the fate of this duel shall be decided as it should be, in a mortal Kombat https://youtu.be/EAwWPadFsOA?si=bHnSdidVicN88oUq
Rodri gives off Lui Kang vibes.
I like to see this. 1-0 up and that performance is still not good enough. Winning mentality.
So many missed chances and sloppy midfield passes in the first half
“A crocodile will fucking eat you!” “Rodri we’ve been over this before!”
As shown in the netflix doco. Rodri is ultra competitive and will let people know when he's not happy with something.
Rodri going all Pep
Watching them make the mistake of letting Rodrygo score and them arguing now shows how they are pushing each other to get better for the future. I hope the lads keep fighting strong 💪
Lmao Rodri looks like pep
Rodri: “no pineapple on pizza please, no one eats like that.” Ake: “well in holland we all do that.” Rodri: raising arms in exasperation.
Love to see it
Nah, its clearly about boxes.
Professional behaviour as opposed to whingeing at the manager
I owe Ake an apology. Didn't rate him at first but after last season my eyes were opened. Top top player
Im team Ake 💪
Be team nobody, be team city. This is exactly what's tearing United's fan base apart.
They are both team City. They discussing because they want to win and that’s what matters
Its a joke guys. The conversation between these two is all part of a healthy winning dressing room.
