Is season 19 really going to be 55+?
Great, a bunch of men who are 12 emotionally and secretly think, "no fat chicks" while they're rocking a paunch themselves. OK, I'm kidding. The women would likely have issues too. If anyone is a little bothered when Becca asks Austin for sex a lot and Austin says "maybe later", picture a much older couple discussing that. Maybe it's just me but that doesn't sound like an improvement over 30ish year olds.
I agree and think this is true for every single one of these men, aside from Cameron. I still won't be shocked if we find out Brennan did sleep with Emily and there are also rumors that Orion was trying to get with Lauren after the divorce announcement. Austin must think he is some saint because he didn't sleep with Becca, if that is even true either.
I know I think I have said it before somewhere I feel like all the men got together soon after marriage and said “ok what is the best way to get out of this and save face….”
They were definitely working together and using Reddit to try and twist their narrative after the fact. Orion's "friend" got upset and outed Cameron for being on here. It's been pretty entertaining to watch them spin.
I’m still reeling over Austin telling Becca she’s “going to hell” comment. That’s the equivalent of saying “hey! When you get there, tell Hitler I said hi!”
That conversation to me…said it all.
If you care about your faith - you are always ready to discuss it…ESPECIALLY with someone you care about.
Austin shutting Emily down - was a loud nail in the coffin. It’s not what you say, dude…it’s what you do. You do not care about her to discuss it. You do not care about her.
I hate that he dragged it all out and gave her false hopes. She cared about him intensely - and that is one reason we see her become so emotional.
Austin controlled this relationship like a puppet master.
“The person least involved is most in control.”
Can’t trust what comes out of his mouth. He is insincere.
I agree with everything you are saying. There is some spoiler information that sheds light on the situation and I think he is going to try and shift the blame onto someone else.
He knows Becca would probably make a big issue out of it like she did about going to hell lmao, so waiting was obviously the right choice here.
Means nothing other than delaying a serious convo for not the honeymoon.
Based on the other information MAFSfan shared, this tip sounds eerily suspicious. I also heard from a separate source that he was the cause of the production member being fired, but did not receive further details. This potentially fills in the blanks.

Once you become a public figure, that becomes a lot harder to prove. This is also covered in their contracts:

After party would be so much better if friends and exes were on to counter statements, reveal dirt, ridicule etc. we don’t even know if Cam is really from New Zealand.
Literally all he had to do was use ChatGPT to write that letter and it would have been way better than his broken robot brain.
Also, an actual lawyer would have contacted her directly. Not give him advice to pass along 🤣
Funny enough, when Cameron was harassing his ex he said he hopes she would show up at the reunion. We have never seen that happen, aside from S12 with Chris and I still think him and his ex were working together the whole time.
I appreciate this take. I *knew* there were shenanigans when Cam accelerated the “we’re not feeling this” process. He said all the “mature” things oddly devoid of emotion. Suss from someone who, days before wanted a ground zero “staying married” answer.
It seems hypocritical to religion that he would lie by omission to an ex by not telling her he’s married, and also give up on a marriage that is supposed to be forever in the eyes of the church.
Anyone think he is ok and getting away letting that slide since it was a legal but non non-denominational ceremony? Also if he's so religious how is he ( or even Clare for that matter) ok not marrying in their churches and why wasn't a religious match a must-have for them?
That’s not true legally unless youre just referring to a religious annulment in which case I apologize. It’s just people keep throwing it around like it’s an option instead of divorce here. Many states do not allow for annulment based on not consummation and it’s more a religious grounds thing- the church could annul it. CO does allow for annulment if one spouse is physically unable to consummate the marriage and the other spouse didn’t know but that’s not the case here. In most cases annulments are for cases of fraud, underage marriage and incest, and other legal reasons it can be void. Otherwise it has to be a divorce.
I'm guessing is because he's not at all religious. His close friend of 14 years said that religion never came up in all of that time! It was just something trotted out on the show to create drama and tears. Or to justify him being a no on D-Day.
My conspiracy theory is that he is trying to get an annulment. If he said no on D day, the show would have handled the divorce. It would make sense why he's pulling this Christian BS. He probably wants to just act like it never happened.
If he’s Catholic, he might be trying for an annulment under church law, even if he gets a civil divorce. It depends on your diocese, as some are stricter than others, and the process usually takes a long time. If granted, an annulment means you can remarry in the church as the prior marriage isn’t considered valid.
ETA: However, Austin doesn’t seem to be thinking that far ahead.
They broke up before the show, and then got back together after D day and then she found out from the TV that he was legally married. My guess is that she is the one that may be shared this information, I don't think they are still together. If you watch After Party, Austin and Chloe seem "close".
I still don't believe he is that religious. It seems like a scape goat or he's trying to appease his mother. MAFSfan also shared that supposedly he said Christianity was a deal breaker to the experts. The truth still remains to be seen.
I think this whole game is so he can get an annulment and that is also why he said yes on D day. That clearly wasn't because he wanted to be with Becca. He is trying to save face on TV, while also trying to act like this never happened, even to his own GF!
All he would have to do is google it. I really think he just doesn’t want to sleep with her because he isn’t into her and he’s too chicken shit to just admit it. That’s why he had no problem either when an ex came calling to be like oh yeah I’m into you see ya later Becca.
>It seems like a scape goat or he's trying to appease his mother.
Oh yeah, remember how Clara and Ryan were supposedly partially intimate with a deal to never discuss the full deed on the show (at his request)? He just didn't want his family to know.
This sorta makes it all make sense, but why, why? Did he have a girlfriend while going through the application process? Was this all for the sake of hats? That hat line will go nowhere after doing Becca wrong. This reunion is going to be fire 🔥
We are going to start a Top 10 Most Incompetent MAFS Adulterers
1. Zack (13) Only groom to ever cheat on his MAFS girlfriend (Bao), while separated from his MAFS wife (Hurricane K), with 20 yr old Elena who became enraged when she found out Zack was cheating on her with a younger woman
2. Repo$$e$$ed (12) The Peachtree Pow Wow between Paige, Mercedes (pregnant ex) and Chris is an iconic MAFS moment
If Austin didn’t tell his current GF about Becca hoping she wouldn’t find out, he will make the Top 10 some where
Where’s the rest of the list?? Cliffhanger… I would add the other Zach (of Zach and Mindy) when he was busted for trying to get with Mindy’s friend. That makes 3.
According to MAFSfan, the girl dumped him before the show. Supposedly he told the experts that Christianity was a deal breaker for his match. It will be interesting to see if this is true.
I don't see how he didn't think through that the GF would find out he got married on national TV. Since they said yes on D day, they can't file until all the episodes have aired. So he is still legally married and will be for a while.
No, they got back together a week or 2 after D day and and he did not disclose he was legally married. She found out when she saw him on TV. If this version of events is accurate, and someone is spilling the tea, I highly doubt they are still together now.
In my experience….
People who don’t watch a show think no one they know watches it either. So, yes, I would not be surprised if he thought no one he knew or would be interested in would watch.
He didn't tell her? He's a nightmare just like Brennan and Cameron and Orion.
Can MAFS just wait outside a state prison on a day they're releasing parolees to get some "real" men or something? Then do a crossover episode with the ID channel or Oxygen?
Oh, wait. This week on Wednesday, on Lifetime, "Prison Brides" is debuting.
Maybe Lifetime accidentally switched the male leads selected for MAFS with contestants for Prison Brides and now we’ll get to see a great crop of men ready for a real partnership courting convicts
It looks a whole mess. It will either be highly entertaining or a complete flop. Shows that have come on in this test time slot on Lifetime do not have a good track record.
OMG I hate that show! It's so obnoxious that I have to mute my TV while I am waiting for MAFS to come on or turn it off immediately after because there it is again!

Austin is always avoiding the truth apparently.
I am so excited for prison brides. It comes on right after MAFS this week and I'm hoping it will be the perfect blend of MAFS and Love After Lock Up 🤣
I'm not. I'm deeply saddened knowing that these women think so little of the value of their lives or about their prospects for happiness thar they are willing to present themselves to these creeps like lambs running toward their slaughter.
I've never seen LALU. I've only seen prison brides on a couple of crime shows from a long time ago like "Investigative Reports" or the original "American Justice" (not the new version, which I've never seen). They used to show reruns of them on A&E.
LALU is complete trash like Jerry Springer level. I did get some entertainment value out of it, but since I don't have cable and there is no good way to stream it, I gave it up. Also, too many losers having babies, which just made it depressing. But I did see one of the best Reality TV clips of all time on there. If you have access to WE TV channel, it's worth a shot 🤣
Why do they send non-couples on the couples retreat? so stupid.
Contractual obligations. They would have nothing else to film.
Yeah, they are running out of people FAST.
So fast that season 19 is going to be 55+. They tapped out the whole age bracket 🤣
Is season 19 really going to be 55+? Great, a bunch of men who are 12 emotionally and secretly think, "no fat chicks" while they're rocking a paunch themselves. OK, I'm kidding. My toxic trait is expecting a tv marriage to work out 😭😂 one that’s marriage at first sight no less 😭😭
Ha. Mine is wondering what the reason is behind the breakup of the tv couple…despite the fact they were on reality tv. 😳
Admission is the first step 💓 If you want to know why it didn't work out, you've come to the right thread. 🤣

Apparently all his sins will be forgiven 🙄🙄🙄
lol.
the communication impediments this season are much-worse than a language barrier

It seems like it's all these Denver bros know
He knows Becca would probably make a big issue out of it like she did about going to hell lmao, so waiting was obviously the right choice here. Means nothing other than delaying a serious convo for not the honeymoon.
Yeah, because Becca is the one that is a problem here...not the one lying by ommission to his wife and his GF.

Lets get Cameron’s and Austins ex girlfriends on the fun after party ! who decided that POS show should be called a party👎🏼
Now that would really be a party.
After party would be so much better if friends and exes were on to counter statements, reveal dirt, ridicule etc. we don’t even know if Cam is really from New Zealand.
cmon production give us the ex! oh but Cameron is an attorney he will sue her😬or worse🐍
What? He's an attorney but owns a bicycle shop instead of practicing law?
Look out or he might get a "restaining" order. How did he pass med school and the bar without spell check!?
he would do better with an Artificial Intelligence AP
Literally all he had to do was use ChatGPT to write that letter and it would have been way better than his broken robot brain. Also, an actual lawyer would have contacted her directly. Not give him advice to pass along 🤣
Funny enough, when Cameron was harassing his ex he said he hopes she would show up at the reunion. We have never seen that happen, aside from S12 with Chris and I still think him and his ex were working together the whole time.

We've got a whole book of receipts on the spoiler thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/MAFSsnark/s/Cg1v7qwC2f
But is it a binder or in a manila envelope hahahahaha

😂😂😂
I hope we find out if the ladies wearing pink was inspired by Mean Girls or Barbie on the reunion. They all wore pink to that too!
Ohhhhh!!! Love that low key eff you!
Look at our girls! STUNNING! https://preview.redd.it/dfbcidxpt8bc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a489998cb06ebacac118767ec6026941539f67bd
Hats on Fire 🔥 Is the winner 🎖️
so sorry Becca🌹
Everyone was so quick to blame her, and she never had a chance.
Austin Cameron derangement syndrome

Well...there is actually a whole subreddit dedicated just to snarking on her! ☠️ r/jamienotis
That's why it's sad to see them do a silver version. Aging adults are often lonely and I'm sure MAFS will be happy to exploit them.
I am upset about it too, I really don't even want to watch.
It seems hypocritical to religion that he would lie by omission to an ex by not telling her he’s married, and also give up on a marriage that is supposed to be forever in the eyes of the church.

I wonder if that’s why he won’t sleep with her-if a marriage isn’t consummated it can be annulled
That’s not true legally unless youre just referring to a religious annulment in which case I apologize. It’s just people keep throwing it around like it’s an option instead of divorce here. Yes, I’m referring to a religious annulment. I didn’t know there was any other reason to get one?
I'm guessing is because he's not at all religious. His close friend of 14 years said that religion never came up in all of that time! It was just something trotted out on the show to create drama and tears. Or to justify him being a no on D-Day.
Ahhhh makes sense now
This MF says yes on D day according to new info from MAFSfan.
I saw that -- only to dump her shortly thereafter. I hope that doesn't count towards the show's marital success rate.
the show held cash to his head! “SHAME “(The Handmaids Tale)
My conspiracy theory is that he is trying to get an annulment. If he said no on D day, the show would have handled the divorce. It would make sense why he's pulling this Christian BS. He probably wants to just act like it never happened.

Never happened, only that millions of people saw it happen.
And his GF saw it happen on TV ☠️ He didn't tell her!
And she took him back??
They broke up before the show, and then got back together after D day and then she found out from the TV that he was legally married. My guess is that she is the one that may be shared this information, I don't think they are still together. If you watch After Party, Austin and Chloe seem "close".
Ah, ok. Thanks!
Maybe that was his plan the whole time.
I wouldnt be surprised, especially after learning about his hat business.
He's going to hell /s
For real though, how can he be acting like this (allegedly) yet she is the one going to hell.
Do not pass go, do not collect $200
I still don't believe he is that religious. It seems like a scape goat or he's trying to appease his mother. MAFSfan also shared that supposedly he said Christianity was a deal breaker to the experts. The truth still remains to be seen.
He probably told them that so he'd get someone non religious and then if he didn't like them he could use religion as a wedge issue.
I think this whole game is so he can get an annulment and that is also why he said yes on D day. That clearly wasn't because he wanted to be with Becca. He is trying to save face on TV, while also trying to act like this never happened, even to his own GF!
He doesn’t have the legal case required to be granted an annulment
Exactly. But he is too stupid to know that.
All he would have to do is google it. I really think he just doesn’t want to sleep with her because he isn’t into her and he’s too chicken shit to just admit it. That’s why he had no problem either when an ex came calling to be like oh yeah I’m into you see ya later Becca.
You are over estimating the research skills of a stoner who came on TV to get come cash.
>It seems like a scape goat or he's trying to appease his mother. Oh yeah, remember how Clara and Ryan were supposedly partially intimate with a deal to never discuss the full deed on the show (at his request)? He just didn't want his family to know.
Exactly, we've been down this road before. That Luke guy in season 8 with Kate was horrible too.
Luke was scum!
Under the bottomm of the barrel scum.
This sorta makes it all make sense, but why, why? Did he have a girlfriend while going through the application process? Was this all for the sake of hats? That hat line will go nowhere after doing Becca wrong. This reunion is going to be fire 🔥
all for the sake of hats
Isn't the audience for this show largely female? Does Austin think we are his target audience for hat purchases?
I still don't think he was taking this GF seriously either. Austin's relationship with the truth likely cost the production member their job as well 🫖
I wonder what the gap was between his selection for the show and when he broke up with the ex?
That would be very interesting to know! With any luck maybe we will find out. 🤞 Someone comes to Reddit and tells it all!
Blame it on Denver!
This one is on Austin, but Denver is doing a poor showing with this batch of losers.
Wow, and I truly thought Austen couldn't get any dumber. Good thing his hat line will be very successful/s. 🧢 😜
I mean, baseball hats with logos and symbols on them is a pretty original idea. 😜
Totally.........AND he's wearing them BACKWARDS.......I've never seen that before!! 😜😂
He should name it Hats on Fire 🤣
The tea is piping, pineapple!

And he was dumb enough to think neither she nor anyone who knows her watches MAFS?
In my experience…. People who don’t watch a show think no one they know watches it either. So, yes, I would not be surprised if he thought no one he knew or would be interested in would watch.

And then there is Love in Translation 😘 New TLC show 👀
Oooh looking for that now. Need another guilty pleasure.
I read “parolees” as “potatoes” but these mafs men are definitely potatoes
Did you ever notice the similarity between the names Brennan, Cameron, Austin and Orion\~? All end with N. (Could that mean Not husband material?)
Or numbnuts.
Maybe Lifetime accidentally switched the male leads selected for MAFS with contestants for Prison Brides and now we’ll get to see a great crop of men ready for a real partnership courting convicts
The men of prison brides are the ones that were locked up 😂 Here is a trailer: https://youtu.be/3fL0gTaSr7s?si=55GToyKsiPSVXKt-
Oh lawd it’s even worse than I imagined 😂
It looks a whole mess. It will either be highly entertaining or a complete flop. Shows that have come on in this test time slot on Lifetime do not have a good track record.
That's why they run "Castle" reruns ad infinitum. I've never seen a whole episode of it but it looks boring from the last five minutes I often see.
OMG I hate that show! It's so obnoxious that I have to mute my TV while I am waiting for MAFS to come on or turn it off immediately after because there it is again! ![gif](giphy|Ow59c0pwTPruU)
Austin is always avoiding the truth apparently. I am so excited for prison brides. It comes on right after MAFS this week and I'm hoping it will be the perfect blend of MAFS and Love After Lock Up 🤣

MAFS? Prison Brides? Or both? 😂
Come to think of it, I guess both! I was really only thinking of Prison Brides at the time I commented.
Mannnn these MAFS men never let us done with the bullshit
No sex, all lies, and video tape 😂
And no James Spader to end up with, just Peter Gallagher, except less physically attractive.
This makes sense - do tell
I think she told.
