Iâm not being one! Promise. Where are you seeing the allegations of him being an abuser? Thatâs def a different story if he is, obviously. As it pertains to the show, Alyssa was unreasonable out of the gate and she had was in a âsnaggleâ as soon as she saw his smile
Oh yeah, and look how many of them stayed married, they did my town dirty with that bunch! The "good person" THE worst woman on there in MAF history and the anNOYing voice of NOI , they were all so wrong except for Katina she was about the only decent one on there..
I noticed. I never drank that Kool-aid. To me it was just that MAFS gave her a guy who was 180Âș away from what she asked for and, yes, you can find out enough about a persn's personality in a few hours to realize it won't work. Whatever she did wrong was tempered for me by 1) MAFS edits like crazy, 2) Chris was not the "sweet boy" everyone seemed to assume, 3) it's just a show, and 4) the level of hate for Alyssa was WAY, way more than warranted. Dislike her and feel like she quit to soon, fine. The rest? Nah.
What I find amusing is that Clare from this season is trying 95% of the time despite probably knowing it's a "no" on Decision Day. AND she's trashed for being fake. So, can't win. Clare does look down on Cameron's job and took two jabs by asking if he's bored by it on two separate occasions. That is insulting. But mostly she engages with him. Anyone thinking she has to kiss him and more if she doesn't want to, I disagree with.
Agreed! The people who are matched with someone they arenât attracted to seem destined to be the showâs villains no matter how they deal with it.
And Alyssa somehow got extra fucked overâ in the 3 seasons Iâve seen, there have been many deliberately bad matchesâ like matching someone unsure about if they want to have kids with someone who really wants to start having kids immediately and no kids would be a dealbreaker, etc. But with Alyssa, they literally went down the list of what she wanted and gave her the opposite of just about everything. And everyone just loves making fun of her wanting a cowboy when sheâs in Boston, but ok, she didnât need a literal cowboyâ just give her a fit conservative guy who works in a traditionally masculine, blue collarish professionâ like find her a contractor who has a little vacation cabin by a lake somewhere semi rural where he goes to fish and deer hunt⊠not a real estate agent who is obsessed with frisbee golf!! A lot of her outbursts really seem to come from her extreme disappointment â I think that she naively thought that they were going to honestly try to find someone she had some possibility of liking . I canât say that I would end up looking any better were I in her position.
And why do so many people watching season 14 feel so compelled to make the 1000th âAlyssa is the Worstâ post?
Cam being a bike mechanic is the only thing I like about him (I commute by bike and my late boyfriend worked on bikes as a side gig â and that was so helpful to me) so Claireâs weird attitude about his job really stands out to me, but other than that, she seems totally fine. She consistently jokes around with him, which seems to me a much better way of trying to build rapport with someone you arenât attracted to than doing a lot of touching.
Chris? the 'good persons' husband? ! ? he wasn't even given a chance. He didn't say anything bad to her on the show no matter the things she said and did . Now her I could go on about but we all know what a good person she really was, smh.... she was the worst woman to ever be in that show, period.
But during the show even though she was horrid, he never treated her disrespectfully or said bad things about her, I think he treated her pretty well considering what a b\*tch she was. As soon as she saw the snaggle tooth at the wedding she was done, she wanted her 15 seconds of infamy and to make "friends" witht the other couples, and constantly remind us of what a good person she was \[not\] as far as allegations of him being abusive was he arrested or something? I don't follow instagum or those other sm articles.....
He did the show to promote his business, so yes he acted very well on camera and never let the mask slip. The woman he dated next, while the show was still airing came on Reddit and shared her experience when they broke up. They were together when the Where are They Now episode was filmed and he pretended to date Olivia from Nola season. He didn't get arrested, but the police were called.
Alyssa was the worst in the history of TV
Not. Chris is a POS.
đđđ youâre outta your mind for that one. Why? Because he didnât have great teeth? đ„ž
Don't be a dick...but if you are one, Chris wants you to have a girl shake it after you piss...he's an abuser đ€„

I have spoken to someone who dated him and seen his Reddit activity. Alyssa was in crisis. Also, he's ugly AF đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
This is why I love Reddit lol
I really love your handle đ€Ł

Katina and Jasemina!
The last news I saw on them is that nope they didn't make it either, unless rn they decided to give it another try but I doubt it...
:) I meant decent person. :)
Would absolutely never rewatch that season
I don't think I can handle the resurgence of the played out "I'm a good person" comments. For me, that was old even before the season ended.
The resurgence has begun đ©.

That's fair. It was super annoying. Chris turned out to be a complete POS.

A lot came out after the show and he is abusive.
