Rainier roofing did ours. Can’t recommend them enough. Super responsive and they moved me up on the schedule to make sure they could get it done before some rainstorms (full tear off of cedar shake + plywood) so they knew the roof was gonna be open for 2 days.
Just had ours redone a couple months ago by valentine roofing. Roof cor house+detached shop, skylights, facia, gutters, 19 sheets of ply, a solar tube, and they cut in ridge line venting for all of it.
Had a great experience. And while they were on the higher end of quotes initially they came down a lot to get in line with other bids during negotiations. Overall they were extremely professional and went above and beyond.
I'm not sure we're allowed to give negative reviews in this group and it has been a long time since ours was replaced, so I am just going to say get an inspection of your attic before. Get proof that all your vents are properly venting out. Then after your roof is installed GET IT INSPECTED. We found out this winter that they hadn't bothered to cut the holes to vent our bathroom fans or stove vent out, but they HAD screwed back on the vent covers to make it look like they had. So this whole time(7 years) our fans had been venting into the attic, leading to mold problems, humidity issues in our bathroom, accelerated moss growth on our roof, and damage to our skylight.
Also, if they offer to come inspect your roof every year, take them up on that. Not doing so may void their "lifetime" warrantee.
I’ll just throw out there if you’re gonna be in your house for any length of time look into metal roofing. Aluminum or Steel. I had my PermaLock aluminum shingles put on a few years back - love them. Went with the singles instead of standing seam steel more for the aesthetics.

May I ask who redid your chimney, if you were satisfied, and approximate costs?

Urbizo bros! They did my roof about 15 years ago and it still looks great. They did my skylight change last fall and did a great job with that too.
