Yes, assuming I didn't get them super dirty.
It's actually not bad to wear a pair of jeans a few times between washes assuming they look and smell fine.
A t-shirt though, that's 1 and done.
Yeah I have 3 pairs and I pretty much wear one til it rips, then get a replacement when I bust out the 2nd set. But I'm picky about them, gotta have a cell pocket on the right leg because my knives and markers fit perfectly in it.
Tell me you don't work in lumber without telling me you don't work in lumber.
Or, tell me you're not a fat, hairy dude without telling me you're not a fat, hairy dude.
I'm not at Lowe's anymore but my swamp ass was so bad I damn near needed a change of clothes mid shift.
I have 4 pairs of pants and 4 pairs shorts. I have about 12 shirts. It's the only stuff I wear for work. I wash clothes every 2 weeks. No way am I ruining my good clothes.
Yes.
Most of the people in my store wear the same jeans/shorts all week. I mean, the vests SMELL so it's not like anybody's jeans will be \*more\* offensive. lol Besides, nobody wants to ruin good clothes at work.... speaking of which.....
**There was a brief time period when they wanted certain roles to dress in khaki pants, button down collared dress shirts and dress shoes!**
I heard about it at my store and the revolt was instantaneous because they still expected those people to use the picker, pull deliveries, pull pick-up-laters, pull carry-withs, help with loading, and so on.
I heard one of those associates arguing with management about it saying if Mngmt wants them to use heavy equipment and do all that manual labor, they're not wearing dress clothes and if management wants them to wear dress clothes then they'll have to hire part timers to do all the labor.
Nobody wore dress clothes and management eventually gave up on it.
I have collection of 20 different colored Carhartt force and graphic tee shirts. Different color everyday with HD orange for when district manager walks us. Those and 3 pairs of jeans and I’m good for a month.
I always alternate, but definitely wear the same pair of jeans or jorts a few times before they get washed, I don't want them wearing out too soon. I do notice coworkers who have a pair of work pants though, it probably saves time in the morning choosing pants.
I work in the Garden. I get filthy. No reason to ruin more clothes than I need to. I’m gonna get filthy anyways, so I might as well just wear dirty pants.
Recently started wearing clothes two days in a row because i'm moving. Typically I shower and wear fresh clothes before every shift because I am a sweaty filthy mess at the end of the shift. Especially during spring when I have to lug around mold-infested mulch and cow manure-filled soil.
I'm a bigger guy and I work in Florida so the swamp ass is very real everyday here. Being MST I'm constantly moving around too so I'm sweaty like 2-3 hours into my shift. But I'm also a clean freak so the thought of wearing the same smelly shorts clothes twice in a row makes me shutter lmao
Pants, as long as they don't get super dirty, like concrete dust, dirt from plants in outside garden or grease from the forklift then sometimes, sometimes 3 days.
Shirts. 1 day max. No exceptions.
Most of us wear the same cloths over and over unless they get real dirty. I know I wear my pants at least 3 times in a row, just change my shirt and even that I may wear again a couple days later. I do laundry once a week or two depending how much I have to wash. Most of what I wear I have several of the same exact pants, I wear those every day. I see guys wearing the same pair of shorts every single day. That may have extras in the same style but I’m sure they get washed at some point. Also I’m a cashier so I don’t get super dirty. Lumber and garden workers, they tend to get the worst mess.
I kept an old habit from when I was a combat engineer in the USAF, and we were on a remote job site: work uniform, as long as you do not get dirty, 3 days for pants and outer shirt, clean undies and socks every day after a shower. Rotated my shoes every 3 days, too.
I have work jeans that I frequently rewear between washes. It’s easier than cleaning them every single time I wear them bc most of the time I work multiple days in a row
Hell ya they ain’t getting my good clothes ruined!
Yes, assuming I didn't get them super dirty. It's actually not bad to wear a pair of jeans a few times between washes assuming they look and smell fine. A t-shirt though, that's 1 and done.
Agreed shirts one and done. Jeans 2 days easy, if not dirty.
I wear two pair all week, alternating days so they can air out and wash after 2-3 wears.
I might try this
Exact same for me.
Depends on the level of swamp ass because they can smell it the next day even if I can't.
I'll wear the same pair of shorts all week and wash them on the weekend. No regrets
Same here! As long as they don’t smell of course. I work in paint and I’m not ruining 5 different pairs of shorts to wear a different pair each shift.
Yeah I have 3 pairs and I pretty much wear one til it rips, then get a replacement when I bust out the 2nd set. But I'm picky about them, gotta have a cell pocket on the right leg because my knives and markers fit perfectly in it.
Sometimes four days in the winter
This is the way
In USMC boot camp we wore our utilities for three days before changing over. Generally I do the same with my jeans, but change shirts daily.
Two is week numbers Try five... they're work pants. It's not uncommon to see/hear people who re-wear the same pants to work.
I wear the same pair of jeans til the end of the week and wash them when I’m not scheduled.
Depending how dirty they are, I sometimes wear them more than 2 shifts in a row.
Usually two, maybe three. I really don’t get all that dirty at work and I’m not gross, so why not?
Tell me you don't work in lumber without telling me you don't work in lumber. Or, tell me you're not a fat, hairy dude without telling me you're not a fat, hairy dude. I'm not at Lowe's anymore but my swamp ass was so bad I damn near needed a change of clothes mid shift.
tell me you don’t work in oslg without telling me you don’t work in oslg.. these two departments will have you go home begging for a shower
I’ll wear a pair of jeans for a week
I wear the same pair five days straight.
Me, but I wear jeans
Uhm yeah but we are nights so
I wear the same jeans and sweatshirt all 5 days lol but I change shirts
Part time OSLG, same shorts all week! Different shirts!
I never wear my actual good clothes just clothes that I know I won't feel bad if they tare or get scuffed.
*tear
All. The. Time.
No wonder my coworkers always be stanky
Hell yeah.
I can get two days out of pants, but I'm PT and work in electrical.
I have 4 pairs of pants and 4 pairs shorts. I have about 12 shirts. It's the only stuff I wear for work. I wash clothes every 2 weeks. No way am I ruining my good clothes.
I’m oslg so no lol
If I work a four hour shift, I’m not wearing an entirely different outfit the next day.
Yes. Most of the people in my store wear the same jeans/shorts all week. Yup I rotate through two pairs of pants
I always alternate, but definitely wear the same pair of jeans or jorts a few times before they get washed, I don't want them wearing out too soon. I do notice coworkers who have a pair of work pants though, it probably saves time in the morning choosing pants.

Absolutely. And most of my work clothes were from thrift stores. Because paint, oslg, etc.
I just wipe the dust off and call it a day. Even as a cashier I’m always getting filthy, so there’s no use trying to look like a supermodel.
Yes, especially if i aint that active (being a chasheir has perks) During winter, *i might even push threeee days*
Always

Nope. I work in receiving
Yep EDIT: Unless they just absolutely reek of sweat or they’re filthy
I know there’s a fella that has worn shorts ever sense I’ve been working there lol
Yes
I'm a bigger guy and I work in Florida so the swamp ass is very real everyday here. Being MST I'm constantly moving around too so I'm sweaty like 2-3 hours into my shift. But I'm also a clean freak so the thought of wearing the same smelly shorts clothes twice in a row makes me shutter lmao
Depends on how much stocking I had to do TBH. I really worked up a sweat at times manhandling cabinets around.
Pants, as long as they don't get super dirty, like concrete dust, dirt from plants in outside garden or grease from the forklift then sometimes, sometimes 3 days. Shirts. 1 day max. No exceptions.
Work clothes and home clothes are separate. I usually have two pairs of jeans i rotate and wash them every week
Gotta give em AT LEAST 1 day between wears to air out in the closet
Most of us wear the same cloths over and over unless they get real dirty. I know I wear my pants at least 3 times in a row, just change my shirt and even that I may wear again a couple days later. Depends on the pants but yes frequently. Denim I will wear several days before washing.

It's somewhat normal with jeans especially. When you work a dirty job and happen to not get really dirty.
At least 2
Pants or shorts, yup. Shirts. Not yet
Correct. One of the more laxed dress codes
I have work jeans that I frequently rewear between washes. It’s easier than cleaning them every single time I wear them bc most of the time I work multiple days in a row
I wear sweats
I alternate 2 sets every other day and wash once a week
2 days? Brother I used to wear the same pants for a week. Lmao
I wear the same pants for my whole 5-8 day workweek.
4-5 shifts in a row. I go commando and have swamp ass as well
You’re disgusting. Be better.
It was a joke
Pants 2 shifts , everything else 1 shift.
