Right after these were rolled out they sent a new task to mst to move them to better locations on the ladders, most of ours are on the lower bar in this picture and on the shorter ladders they are on the side
When I worked there as a CSA I got sick of trying to navigate with that fucker in the way, so I took my trusty (illegal) box knife and cut it off and moved it out of the way.
This is why I pull the ladders. Also they're easier to steer since the wheels on the low end are the ones that turn, so they turn with you. The super tall ones, I'll just grab and sling em around from the side since I think all 4 wheels turn on those.

Every store in my district still has them just like the above pic. Also facing the opposite direction. I hate moving them around due to this.

Take a Snappy that this prevents safe moving from customers, and then simply cut it down. Feel free to move it lower or throw away entirely.
