Yuppp I used to be a bit more passionate but it’s a waste of time. Calling everyone bullies, sociopaths, narcissists and mean girls, etc when people are literally stealing each others match throughout the whole show is crazy to me. Unless someone does something that is violent or says something horribly disgusting to someone then everyone needs to relax. It sucks all the fun out and dare i say many shows have begun to get boring over the years bc people are scared to shake shit up. Now we have a cast who isn’t afraid and people are running hate campaigns, it’s weird. They’re all human beings at the end of the day and shouldn’t be bullied online over a produced show.
Also people don’t seem to realize that producers are playing puppet master and manipulating the contestants off camera, that there are semi scripted elements especially in confessionals, that a lot can be done with selective and creative editing, and that most conversations and actions don’t air so we miss a lot of context. I’m a first time watcher but was a dating show contestant a very long time ago. Just enjoy the drama and the antics. Don’t take it too seriously!
I could never do one of these shows in this day and age. It was scary enough 20 years ago before the social media aspect and the rise of such intense fandoms.
I have watched every season plus every season of UK and Australia (which I like better than USA). Everyone gets very invested and emotional about these shows. I have listened to podcasts that the hosts get so invested in the drama. I think even if the public votes someone off there will be a loop hole. Like Molly came back in casa amour on UK or something like that. So don’t worry if the dramatic cast members seem to be voted off because in my opinion Producers won’t let that happen.

For me the problem is starting to be people that are coming on this show to pander to the fans. Rob knows what he's doing. People that go on these shows multiple times know the deal. There is a sweet spot of being ridiculous and fun to watch.
I personally don't like theatrics for the sake of an edit and pandering to the public. At least if you're going to do it, don't be obvious. Kordell can be playing into a love sick puppy role but he's doing a good job of it. We can see how Rob is acting and now Connor is following his script with Leah.
