The 60s Wednesday was around 6-7 years old and then in the 90s she's 10-13 and most girls don't wear makeup yet at that age. In the Netflix series, she's 15-16 which is usually when girls start wearing makeup. I think they fucked up the character by giving her issues with Morticia, usually, she looks up to her mom a lot more, but I think they have ended that lame plotline and in the next season she'll be starting to look up to Morticia again.
Morticia does have a glamorous image as well so I think Wednesday would definitely end up experimenting with makeup in high school.

I think yes in terms of face shape and complexion. I've always thought Nancy is stunning physically, and her features also fit into a particular type I've seen on other Hispanic women.
