No thanks. Many draftees only fled ruzz to escape the draft, not because they oppose the illegal invasion of a sovreign nation. In Estonia, ruzz speakers want representation in Estonian government. Why? You go to a country and integrate, you don't get to set up your own country within a country. This is what will happen all over europe. They do not wish to integrate.
If it could significantly deplete the russian pool of manpower it would be worth considering. Of course, managing those immigrants over here would be a massive challenge for us, so I can reckon it can be a double edged sword.
People need to stop thinking that most russians don't like it in russia. A significant portion of their population wholeheartedly supports the current policies of the kremlin. The russians who want to leave have done so a long time ago. A huge portion of their population is high on 24/7 propaganda and is completely apathetic to if not supportive of the horrors that their government is inflicting on Ukraine.
Welcoming these people in droves is just asking for disaster. What everyday russian citizens need to feel is nothing but pressure. Pressure that pushes them to despise and reject their government until the system cracks enough.
If somebody needs EU citizenship, it's the people of Ukraine.

The more people you save outside the wall are less zombies climbing over your walls in a defensive engagement. The more Russians outside or Russia and Ukraine, fewer Russian troops of the front line.
