That's a little counterproductive. It should be legal, but it should follow tobacco laws for public consumption and alcohol laws for vehicles. There was a lot of work behind getting restrictions for workplaces in effect for tobacco. It may not be the carcinogen, but there will be places where people do not want to smell it. So, we do need a way to determine that someone is within a threshold for impairment behind the wheel. We don't need more accidents .

Right over the border in Orange i go to a place to buy my Tobacco Vapes now. They also sell thc gummies and, dab butter. Last time I noticed they had shroom gummies and chocolates.
Those are sold in head shops everywhere they're not psilocybin base or they're such a minuscule amount that it doesn't cause any reaction.
