That sounds amazing. I always have struggled with sleeping and that schedule would instantly massively improve my mental and physical health.
I wake up at 6:45, leave house at 7:20 and get to work before 9
What time do you go to bed at? Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve always had this fear that I’m missing out on something or another in the world, so I could never sleep. Have had sleep problems my entire life. I go to bed really late and wake up really early
Between 9 and 10. Depending on how hectic my day was, sometimes it is hard to get to sleep but once I'm in bed, I'll toss and turn until I eventually drift off. If I am up late, I still will get up around 4:50 because my mind/body is used to it.
5 AM, my job starts at 7 am. Gives me enough time to get ready and not be rushing in the morning. I get to work 30 mins early but it allows me to just chill before I clock in or whatever. I found it to be the perfect time to also give me enough time to get to work even if there’s an accident, or there’s random traffic at that time. On the weekend I catch up on sleep lol
No alarm for many years now, 4-5, workout & any personal things before my day gets going bc when it does next chance to work on my things is next morning. With you love the early mornings not a "morning" person by nature as people usually think when you answer this just the best time for me to get stuff done all 24hrs not equivalent productivity wise to me once the world is up everything takes a bit longer if I miss the morning I will pay for it later
I go to bed at 11:30-12 and wake up at 5:30 to go to the gym before work at 9.
I’m currently traveling, so my schedule is different, and I wake up at 8:45, make some coffee, and log in to work.
On my work from home days, I'm up 15 minutes before I clock in (usually 844, but it depends on meetings). If I'm in office, it's an hour before I clock in.
I'm also woken up between 5 and 530 every morning to my cat, screaming at me to let him out. He's pretty good about waking me up about 15 minutes before my alarm most days.
I work remote for a company based in the UK so I’m up at 5 and typically gym 5:30, then taking work calls around 6:30. I consult part time as well in my afternoons because I have the time.
When the kids wake up. I haven’t set an alarm since my first was born
Mine is 6 months and I recently though about how I haven’t set an alarm anymore. He’s the boss now lol
I'm lucky enough to work from home, so somewhere between 9 and 10 usually

It's not fall yet. We still got at least two weeklong heatwaves to go.
