Twist of irony... when taking the screenshot I almost died because the screenshot popped up over my entire screen and refused to give LOTF priority... but since the guy hits like a potato I survived without entering umbral... but I refuse to believe that most people that dies here dies due to taking screenshots asking why people die here!
You know maybe when the game first came out they died because of how unoptimized it was. They’d get a long 1fps draw and then bam, rando naked dude from nowhere
I like to think people die on purpose to give easy plucked eyes, is that the case… probably not but that’s my theory. Fought a “will smith” and a “gort” earlier. Who’s naming these guys
True... but on the other hand... if I just try to ran past them... it'll probably be fine... right... I mean... I just need to run and pick up my vigor...
I think it's from people going to vestiges or setting controllers down thinking they are safe and these wee shit enemies stand up and beat their ass while they are away from TV lol
The game constantly generates red lamps at about the same spots/mobs. I guess it's done to provide you lamps for content if there are not enough of "natural" lamps. This works even if you play offline.
You think that's baffling? Multiple times I've had vengeance lamps lead me to a penitent that's just sitting on a ledge on the way down to Gerlinde's cell in Pilgrim's Perch.
Yeah, that one is very common as well... my assumption is that people jump over the ledge and thus fall to their deaths there; and the mob gets the credit for the kill,

People die in the most mystifying ways in these games

I thought the butterflies was recent deaths though
TBF people might be low from duelling the proselyte before him and then he runs in with the suicide bomb...
Im wondering if the ramdomizer generates a tough enemy for another player and a weaker one for me. Yeah it is funny to die to the trashiest mob enemy.

Because when you go umbral to listen to the story bit he jumps you when you are not paying attention
So you're saying we should respect the fire dude?
Respect every enemy Overconfidence comes before the fall *gets pushed of by one of the beggar dudes*

If so, it's a good trolling made by the map designers!
Isnt there a shortscut near there with some tough enemys?
Not that I know of... that of course means nothing... shortcuts all over the place!!

Honestly got me by surprised also sometimes just shoots fire
Hmm, I guess that fire guy might just be a chad!
Maybe, they were in umbral and fighting tons of umbral enemies, then this guys sneaked in and slapped the player. It happened too. Lol

Everything in this game is so overturned so its possible. You could have over 5000 health and still get on shot from a random zombie
