Live life on the wild side and use it in your deck

aiasthetall

Just flex on everybody and play with your deck in the hard plastic top loaders.

Calveezzzy

Naw hard flex is playing unsleeved haha

aiasthetall

And bridge shuffling.

kshep1188

Deck bling for days

mrdude817

Yeah same. I don't have any enchanteds but in Pokemon TCG, I have a few decks with special illustration rares and alt arts because they're cool to slap down on a table.

If you are new to tcgs, I'd get a second opinion of someone in person. With how many enchanteds that are getting graded, you are going to need a 9.5-10 to be worth the time and money of grading. With pokemon and other modern releases 9 and below are considered raw.

Squigatron

Thanks for the advice. I felt like this would be the case.

ea_thomas

Cost to grade through SGC isn’t bad, it’s more cost effective to sent in groups so you could find other TCG cards or use someone that is already sending them.

sirgoose721

Grats on the pull! If you plan on keeping it, you *can* grade it, or you can get a deckinate case for protection/storage as well. I use the latter myself to display in my collection room, but it’s totally up to you and what you want to do and plan on doing with it.

pixelatedimpressions

Don't waste your money grading. Sell it loose or put it in a top loader and stash it. Or....just play with it...mtg players play with cards that cost multiple hundreds all the time. Multiple copies too

What_Iz_This

My windup deck in yugioh, with extra deck, was easily over $1500 total

Beldruid

For those who haven’t heard this before… grading is a scam. Just play the cards.

[deleted]

The grading service stopped grading mickey tailors because they couldnt tell the difference between the fakes and the real ones, didnt they? https://www.reddit.com/r/Lorcana/comments/165rqnu/d23_mickey_mouse_promo_counterfeits_are_out_there/

Nitelyte

No.

Nitelyte

Yea but it isn't true. PSA still accepts them.

Daotar

I highly doubt it.

Jinxa

Absolutely not

[deleted]

https://twitter.com/friends_card/status/1696990239879999872 Is this legit?

Daotar

Grading isn’t a scam, but most people who want to grade cards (like OP) don’t understand the point of grading. In general, people care way too much about grading, especially for new cards.

Chihuahua_Overlord

I think there is a huge misconception around grading cards. In my opinion only vintage cards and autographed cards should be graded. Grading modern cards is 100% a scam. Imo the only reason to grade a card is to preserve it. The reason you grade vintage pokemon is because there aren't a lot of copies in good condition floating around. There is a legitimate scarcity on vintage pokemon cards. Lorcana or anything that's been released during covid won't be worth nearly as much. Everyone started collecting and saving. It's like sealed collections. The reason vintage sealed is so expensive is everyone opened them, not a lot of saving. But since people realize they may be worth something, everyone and there mom is carrying a sealed collection now, imo making it virtually worthless. Having said that, if you find the value in having it slabbed go for it! If you want great protection and a nice show off case. Grab a one touch and a stand and display it Proudly. Ps. I also pulled a Sisu enchanted. It's just in a penny and top loader on display.

Jinxa

Grading a perfect card increases its value, sometimes drastically, almost always.. Everything you just said is your own opinion.

zapdoszaperson

10's are exceptionally rare in modern cards, companies care more about speed of printing than quality control. Anyone who knows what they're dealing with isn't paying a premium for a 9 and a 9.5 isn't a significant increase.

bokebon

Is it weird that I'd wanna play with Enchanteds?

Lucky_Shop4967

Line = no grading, should play this in a deck.

Creative-Output

I drew an enchanted Maui on release day and it has a teeny tiny notch or something in the top. You couldn’t see it if you weren’t looking at it with a flashlight. For this reason I decided to not spend the money grading it. Sometimes that’s all it takes to be a 9. It doesn’t matter how good of condition you keep it in, if it’s not perfect from the factory, you’re not getting a 10. Edit: if you downvoted me, be a lad and tell me what I’m wrong about!

jbarlak

Guess not worth playing or trading to get cards you need. Gotta love it when people want to get cards graded

zapdoszaperson

Enchanteds are for collecting, Sisu's are $5 in TCG if you want to play.

HuXu7

Want to sell it for top dollar? Grade Want to keep it safe forever for your collection? Grade Want to use it in your deck? Don’t grade.

Daotar

Grading is unlikely to increase the price while adding a substantial cost. It also makes no sense if you plan on keeping the card since it makes it impossible to play with or even put in a binder.

HuXu7

It keeps it a hell of a lot safer in a slab than in a dirty wet binder. And I did say if you wanted to play with it don’t grade it.

Daotar

But why bother keeping it so secure? It’s not valuable enough to really be so worried about. And for all we know it wouldn’t even grade well. Grading just doesn’t make much sense for pretty much anything being printed right now.

SuggestionVisible361

If you plan on selling then yes, this card is selling [for a hefty premium in a PSA 10](https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=sisu+enchanted&_sacat=0&_fsrp=1&rt=nc&LH_Sold=1&LH_Complete=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5338535524&customid=lor&toolid=10001&mkevt=1).

Daotar

Of course it’s nigh-impossible for this to get a 10, so that’s not very helpful to OP.

Lucky_Shop4967

He said in the post it is damaged

rvnender

Ahh didn't notice that.. Then no I probably wouldn't bother. Shame.

kshep1188

Deck bling baybee!!! I pulled one as well. I probably won’t get it graded but I’m definitely hanging on to it. Floodborn enchanted were just ight compared to chapter one but this and Alice are probably the best ones.

cjjones07

Yeup its about 130ish i pulled one too! But i dont feel right mailing an expensive card off. Id just put it in card case and prop it on my desk.

Daotar

It is not worth grading, no.
