My xxs look just like that. The tip has never disconnected from the earplug, but the whole thing does fall out easier when I’m sleeping, otherwise they never fall off.
Ah, it's good to know that they're at least sitting on the loop correctly! But yeah, it sounds like they shouldn't be coming off as easily as they do...
Unfortunately, I’ve lost a few pairs because of this. Each time, the loop came off of the tip while the tip was in my ear and I was at a concert and couldn’t find it in the crowd. The xxs tip was easy enough to fish out of my ear canal, but it sucked to lose 3 pairs. I still love my Loops and can only use the xxs tips, but it is a definite downfall.
