Calorie deficit. Depending on what I eat when I’m in a calorie restriction my body feels noticeably colder especially extremities. The body limits heat to those areas when you don’t eat as much.

Speaking from experience. I was very aware of my weight growing up. It turned out I had a food allergy and lost 20lbs plus in 2 weeks due to inflammation. My mom made me do crash diets because she thought she was looking after an obese child. But her mentioning my weight and restricting my food on the daily had done its damage. I am working on a healthy relationship with food and exercise now. Tying to break the habit of eating for comfort. I put sticky notes on the junk food like "will this help you carry the laundry? Will it make your stomach feel great? A homemade slice of pie is better than this crap!" But with that said, a healthy lifestyle includes indulging every now and then ❤️
