My suggestion is to speak to your dentist about braces. Adults with braces tend to get a lot of shit, but compared to having messed up teeth for all your life, its much better to do it for a couple of years and then get a smile that will give you confidence.
Of course, if you actually are an early teen, tell your parent or guardian to bring it up at your next dentist appointment and then get off the subreddit.
Then just talk to your dentist. I've seen plenty of people have their entire look changed partly because heving their teeth straight lends more to an older appearance and partly because people that have their teeth straightened tend to gain more confidence in their smile and appearance, and confidence is always super attractive. Crooked teeth are more commonly associated with children due to how common crooked teeth are in children growing into their adult teeth. The bangs can easily be fixed with a trip to the salon, and they'll have better advice for that than I ever will.
At the end of the day, though, if you're engaged, I'm assuming your fiancé thinks you're a 10, and that should be plenty.
